How much does it cost to use Zafari?

Our pricing is structured simply. When you win, we win. No fixed fees. No set-up, subscription or support fees. We charge a minimal percentage (5%) of every booking made on the Zafari direct booking engine platform. That’s it.

Is Zafari an Online Travel Agency (OTA)?

Zafari is not an OTA. Zafari is an integrated B2B all-in-one booking software that helps your safari lodge, hotel or vacation rental manage bookings, take on direct online bookings and connect you to multiple agents and OTAs in order to enhance your visibility.

Will my property make more money using Zafari direct booking engine rather than an OTA?

Yes. By enabling direct online bookings, Zafari helps you get more bookings with lower commissions. In addition, you save by bringing more efficiency to the booking process.

What other advantages are there for properties when it comes to guests booking a room directly on Zafari, instead of using an OTA?

Yes. When guests book a room directly through Zafari’s direct booking engine, the safari lodge gets to build a direct relationship with the guest from the get go, providing an opportunity to cross-sell and upsell, whilst also maintaining your own guests’ data and analytics.

Can I still use an OTA if I use Zafari?

Yes you can. We also have a channel manager as part of our offering that can connect all your online calendars (Airbnb, Booking.com, Zafari) so you can easily see all your bookings in one place on Zafari and never risk double bookings.

Will I be locked into a long-term contract?

We bring out new features and enhancements every month; to enjoy the full benefit of Zafari, stay with us forever! However, our renewable contract contains no-penalty termination clause if you did want to leave us.

What support will I have once I’m using the system?

During onboarding, our team will carry out training sessions to ensure you’re happy using the platform. From there, Zafari is self-service and easy to use! However, we have a dedicated portal providing FAQs, videos, and easy-contact with our Customer Success team.

Is my information safe on Zafari?

Yes. We are obliged not to disclose any of your confidential information to third parties unless it is required by a statutory or professional obligation.
